Getting Started
Sign in, create an account, and recover a forgotten password in the BrewWizz mobile app.
Sign in to BrewWizz
Sign in to reach your Devices tab and start viewing the equipment assigned to your organization. Enter your email and password, then tap Sign in.
If your credentials are correct, BrewWizz takes you directly to your Devices tab. If your email or password is wrong, the app shows an error message and you can try again.
Below the sign-in button, use Create account to register a new account or Forgot password? to recover access to an existing one.
Create an account
Create a new account with your full name, email address, and password. After the account is created, the app confirms the signup and takes you to the No organization yet screen.
An administrator must assign you to an organization before you can see any devices. New accounts cannot access device data until this step is complete.
If you already have an account, return to the sign-in screen instead of creating a second one. Once your organization assignment is in place, sign in again and the app will take you to your Devices tab.
Forgot password
Recover access by entering your email address and tapping Send reset link. The app always shows a confirmation message, whether or not that email address is registered.
This confirmation protects account privacy and avoids revealing which email addresses exist in the system. After you receive the reset email, finish the reset in your browser and then return to the app.
You must complete the password reset on the web dashboard, not in the mobile app. After you reset your password in your browser, return to the mobile app and sign in with your new password.
No organization screen
If your account does not have an organization assigned, BrewWizz shows a No organization yet message instead of the device list. The screen also shows your email address and explains that an administrator must assign you to an organization before you can view devices.
Use Refresh to check again after your administrator adds you to an organization. If the assignment is now in place, the app takes you to your Devices tab automatically.
Use Sign out to end your session and return to the sign-in screen. You cannot bypass this screen, so you will stay here until an organization is assigned.
