BrewWizz Dashboard at a glance
BrewWizz Dashboard is your online hub for monitoring carbonation telemetry from your BrewWizz devices. It runs at bw-dash.allendale.biz and gives you a single place to check device health, review telemetry data, manage alerts, and handle your subscription billing.
Your Dashboard
When you sign in to BrewWizz, you land on your organization's dashboard. The dashboard centers on your devices, their current health, and the alerts and billing tools available on your plan.
- Overview — See your device list and current health state at a glance.
- Device detail — Open a device by serial number to inspect charts, readings, metadata, and alert rules.
- Alerts — Review alert history for your organization when in-app alerts are enabled.
- Notifications — Manage SMS, email, and in-app notification preferences when your plan allows those channels.
- Billing — View subscription status and access billing actions.
Some menu items depend on your plan. If Alerts or Notifications do not appear, check Understanding Your Plan.
Device Detail View
The device detail page shows everything about a single unit. You can follow real-time telemetry on charts, inspect recent readings, review device metadata such as serial number and firmware version, and confirm the current health badge.
If your plan includes alert rules, the same page also shows each device's alert thresholds. If it doesn't, the page is still available but alert rules are read-only.
Device Health States
Device health is determined by how long it has been since the last reported reading.

| Online | Less than 10 minutes | Green | Actively reporting |
| Stale | 10–120 minutes | Yellow | Intermittent reporting |
| Offline | More than 120 minutes | Red | Not reporting |
How Telemetry Flows
Your BrewWizz device sends telemetry readings to BrewWizz, where they are validated and stored. When a new reading arrives, BrewWizz checks your active alert rules and creates alert events when thresholds are crossed. If your plan includes SMS or email notifications, BrewWizz sends those based on your preferences. The dashboard updates automatically as new data arrives, so you see fresh readings and alerts without needing to refresh the page.
