Update your profile and manage your subscription in the BrewWizz mobile app.

The Settings tab

Settings is your hub for account and subscription management, with three sections: Profile, Notifications, and Billing.

Coming Soon — The BrewWizz mobile app is currently in development. This page describes planned features and may change before release.

Profile

Profile shows the account details tied to your BrewWizz sign-in. Some details are for reference only, while your full name can be updated directly in the app.

Your email address, role, and organization are shown for reference. Only your full name is editable on this screen.

FieldWhat you see
EmailShown as read-only — you cannot change your email address in the app
RoleDisplayed as a badge, such as client or admin
OrganizationShown as read-only and managed by an administrator
Full nameEditable — enter your name and tap Save profile to update it. A confirmation toast appears when the update succeeds

The profile screen also shows the note: Role and organization are managed by an administrator.

Tap Sign out to end your session and return to the sign-in screen.

At the bottom of the screen, the app version and build number appear in small text, such as BrewWizz v1.3.0 (42).

Notifications

Notification destinations and local notification permissions are configured on the Notifications page.

Billing

Billing shows your current subscription status and the actions available for your account. What you see depends on whether you belong to an organization and whether a subscription already exists.

No organization assigned

If you do not have an organization, the billing screen shows: Billing is available after an administrator assigns you to an organization.

Current subscription

When a subscription exists, the screen shows a card with the current billing details.

FieldWhat you see
Subscription statusCurrent state, such as active, trialing, past_due, cancelled, or incomplete
Plan nameThe name of your current plan
Billing period end dateWhen the current billing period ends

If the subscription is not managed through the billing system, the screen shows this note: This subscription is managed locally. Contact support for billing changes.

Past due warning

When payment is overdue, the billing screen shows a warning card with an Open billing portal button. Use it to update your payment method and avoid service interruption.

Incomplete checkout

If checkout was started but not completed, the billing screen shows a card prompting you to resume checkout or open the billing portal.

Available plans

When there is no active subscription, or when the current subscription is cancelled or incomplete, the screen shows available plans as cards. Each card includes the plan name, the price, and a Subscribe button.

Tap Subscribe to open checkout in your device's browser. After you complete checkout and return to the app, the billing screen automatically confirms your subscription.
