Before you get in touch
- FizzWizz serial number and name
- Completed Results Form with actual measured values — not just pass/fail
- ID letters of any failed checks (
A–X) — see Troubleshooting by Symptom - What you have already tried from the Troubleshooting by Symptom guide
- Whether fluid was found inside the unit
- Whether the arm separator was fitted and functioning
A completed health check is the single most useful thing you can provide
A completed results form with actual values lets support diagnose the problem quickly and accurately. If you have not run the Health Check yet, do so before calling — it takes about 30 minutes and eliminates most of the back-and-forth. Start at the Health Check Overview.
Ordering parts
When ordering parts, quote the FizzWizz serial number. Commonly replaced items include:
- CO₂_In and Brite pressure transducers
- CO₂_in, Head_Transfer, and Vent solenoids
- WizzTemp temperature sensor
- Check valves (
