Your packaging pal
The PacWizz helps you manage pressure in a brite tank — the tank holding your beverage before packaging. It replaces gas as product leaves the tank, helping keep filling pressure steady and reduce variation in fill levels.
On versions supplied with the purging hardware, it also automates a repeatable pressurize-and-vent purge before transfer. After purging, it displays the finish pressure, current pressure, and elapsed time so you can check whether the tank is holding pressure.
Read Safety & Site Requirements before connecting or running your unit. Purging releases large volumes of gas: suitable ventilation/extraction, an outside vent route, and a correctly fitted tank pressure relief valve are essential. Do not leave a tank purging overnight.

How it helps
- Fast gas replacement: supports higher-capacity filling lines than the FizzWizz's standard packaging mode.
- Two packaging arrangements: an arm setup measures headspace pressure; a foot setup accounts for the liquid's hydrostatic pressure as the tank empties.
- Repeatable purging: use the same pressure settings and cycle count for each run.
- Pressure-hold information: compare pressure at completion with the current pressure before transferring product.
- Flexible placement: the lightweight enclosure can hang from the CIP arm or mount on a wall using its external brackets.
The manual describes use with CO₂, nitrogen (N₂), and beer-gas blends. Confirm your gas and regulator arrangement with BrewWizz if you are unsure. The dilution calculation follows the same principle with these gases; the gas must be suitable for your beverage and equipment.
