Warranty
BrewWizz products have a one-year warranty on parts and labour. For a covered fault, the manufacturer may supply replacement parts for end-user installation or arrange a back-to-base repair.
PacWizz is modular, but servicing should be carried out by the manufacturer or with assistance from a BrewWizz representative. Contact the team before attempting a repair, and use only the manufacturer-supplied power supply.
Limitations of use and exclusions
The manual excludes damage associated with:
- Dropping or mishandling.
- Overpressure.
- Improper tank connections.
- CIP/cleaning damage.
- Cables or connections being caught, stepped on, or tripped over.
- Connecting equipment not manufactured by the manufacturer.
Ask BrewWizz to confirm accessory compatibility or whether a specific fault is covered.
Product-loss disclaimer
The manual states that Allendale Technologies and its partners accept no responsibility for product loss or damage, whether or not related to use of BrewWizz equipment. Use your facility's process and quality checks rather than relying on the controller as a guarantee of product quality.
Arrange a return

- Confirm the return arrangements with the team.
- Repackage the unit as carefully as it was packed when received, so it is protected from shipping damage.
- Send it at your cost, using your preferred courier, following the shipping instructions provided.
- The manufacturer will inspect returned materials before repairs begin. Shipments received in poor condition due to improper packaging may be rejected.
